The apartment is part of a luxury complex in the heart of Ayia Napa, people call it the jewel of Cyprus, the apartment sleeps up to four people and is fully equipped with modern fittings throughout, it provides you with all you need for the perfect holiday in Ayia Napa. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with Washing Machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, Microwave, kettle & toaster.   All glassware, cutlery and crockery are provided.  There is a round breakfast table where you can sit and enjoy all your meals.  An iron and ironing board are also there for you to use.
The lounge area has a 2 x comfortable bed settees which can sleep up to two people.  We have provided a TV for your entertainment.  The spacious bedroom has two single beds and a double fitted wardrobe. All bed linen is provided.  The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, wash basin, and UK style toilet.  Towels are provided for all our guests but please bring your own beach towels.  The Apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout and heated for Winter lettings.
The Apartment has a large Patio area and extensive garden where you can sit and relax to take in the views of the Tropical Gardens and colourful fruit trees.  It is perfectly situated and is not overlooked or too close to the communal pool, a very private location…one of the best on the complex, this combines convenience, style and luxury in one wonderful package.
The apartment is situated on a privately owned complex surrounded by tropical gardens, palm trees and a magnificent relaxing pool.
Along the pool bar is the newly built cafeteria which caters for the whole family offering a great choice of food with a traditional Cypriot cuisine twinned with warm and friendly service.
The pool bar serves drinks, hot and cold snacks whilst you relax on the sun loungers.
The outstandingly designed complex is a delight to stroll around, take a walk over the bridge whilst the colourful fish swim below. The many walkways become an array of lights as the night falls. .
The ideal choice for families and couples, perfectly located close to all attractions, if it’s fun and excitement you’re after, the cosmopolitan centre of Ayia Napa is no more than 5 minutes way.
Transfer time from Larnaca Airport to the Apartments is approximately 35 minutes by car.  The beautiful Nissi Beach, one of the best in the Mediterranean, just than 6 minutes’ walk away .  At Nissi Beach you can enjoy a good selection of water sports, enjoy the thrills and spills of the famous Waterworld with a variety of rides and Go-Karts to suit all the family its a real fun day out and only a ten minute taxi ride. Cyprus has endless year round sunshine and an abundance of fantastic beaches for a truly memorable holiday.
Ayia Napa Harbour is only ten minute walk from Andreas Apartments it is a great  place to visit with several boat trips daily.  You can sit and relax by the waters edge and watch fishermen come in with their daily catch. There are also fishing boats to rent.  The Harbour is surrounded by numerous fish Restaurants and Tavernas.
