It is tastefully furnished in contemporary style with many amenities and provides excellent opportunities for relaxing holidays.
On the ground floor you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen and the dinning area. The comfortable lounge leads to the patio where you can dine and relax over a drink in complete privacy. A wash room is also located next to the lounge. The bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and the bathroom are on the first floor. For your comfort all rooms are air-conditioned.
Well positioned within two minutes walk to the beach and within easy reach to local restaurants and shops.

Other things to note:

Communal Pool: The pool belongs to the estate and is therefore maintained by the estate management committee. The use of the pool is subject to the pool rules enforced by the estate management committee. The pool is NOT supervised by a lifeguard. Children should never be left in the pool area unattended.
