The space:
The apartment is located at a small building complex in a backstreet of Protaras Main strip. Fig Tree Bay Beach, Sunrise Beach, Silver Sands Beach and so many more stunning beaches are only a very short walk away. The Main strip of Protaras is full of life & buzzing every day and night and you will be staying right in the heart of it! The area is full of various types of restaurants, modern & rustic pubs & bars, various shops and souvenir shops, as well as supermarkets. The newly openec Starbucks is only a minute away on foot! Throughout the summer season, you can witness multicultural as well as traditional events & festivals happening either on the Strip or one of the Squares of Protaras.
The apartment itself might look a bit outdated, it is however, very clean and equipped with all of the basic necessities, such as an A/C unit in the Bedroom and another one in the sitting area, a large flat screen Tv, Free Wi-Fi, a small fridge, an oven & stove, a microwave, a toaster & an electric water kettle. Moreover, clean bed linen and towels are provided with every reservation as well as some lovely toiletries and a complimentary Breakfast basket upon arrival. An iron & ironing board and a hair dryer are also available.
The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed while the 2 sofas at the living room can easily turn into 2 single beds, making this place perfect for a group of 4 persons.
The apartment’s balcony is very spacious and equipped with a round lunch table and 4 chairs, as well as, two sunbeds in case you decide to have a quick tan in the morning before going to the beach.
