- Cancellation Policy
- If the Client for any reason has to cancel the booking, he must immediately advise the owner in writing via e-mail or by phone. Cancellation fees: -Within 48 hours is free -30% of the total rent if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before arrival -100% of the total rent if the cancellation is made less that 60 days before arrival Payment Due Dates: In the event the Client fails to pay the residual amount on the date due, the property may be booked to another client without further notification to Client. Client will then suffer the 30% cancellation fee, however, will have no right to reinstate the booking. All rents will be paid in advance to Pepino S & F MANAGEMENT LTD (Seafront Protars Luxury Resort Villas & Apartments) hereinafter - the owner as follows: - A deposit of 30% of the total rent must be paid at the time of the booking. Deposit is not refundable. - The balance of 70% can be paid: up to 60 days prior to arrival via Credit Card. If all payments are not due in full and on time, the owner reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and the cancellation charges set out below will be payable. The guest will be refunded 100% of the total cost if the cancellation happens at least 14 days before the check in The guest will be refunded 50% of the total cost if the cancellation happens at least 7 days before the check in
- Additional rules information
- Check-in time is 15:00. Clients cannot, unless upon prior approval, obtain keys or drop bags prior to check in time or leave bags in the house beyond check out times. Check–out time is 11:00 LATE RE-CONSIGNMENT OF THE PREMISES Client acknowledges that the rental of the aforementioned premises is a temporary residence and, as such. In the event of any lateness in consignment , Client’s belongings may be removed and placed in a deposit at the Client’s expense.
